Our training provides an overview for your staff or partner organizations on how to make your Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) work for you. We share tips, best practices, and participatory methodologies on how to track your impact and ensure you are getting data that helps you learn and make decisions.
This workshop supports your organization in creating strategic moments to bring different data streams into internal conversations. This could involve setting up discussions around grantmaking data, board reports, annual reports, learning briefs, and other activities.
Organizations need more than traditional key performance indicators (KPIs) to track their social impact. In order to ensure that your organization’s impact is meaningful, we lead interactive training sessions to help you define your impact, theory of change, stories of change and key impact metrics along with other KPIs. This provides your team with the right metrics to measure and communicate your key areas of progress.

This in-depth, step-by-step workshop series gives you the methodological and analytical tools to create your own participatory data collection for monitoring or evaluation purposes.

Impact Storytelling for Grantmaking Data
This is a crash course on storytelling skills development with your social and environmental impact data. You will bring your data to the sessions and learn various techniques to improve the analysis and communication of your philanthropic work. This program is designed to get you skilled up and to start work on the pilot project, but finalization will likely take longer than the program duration depending on what you select. If you do not have your own data or case, we can provide you with sample data to learn all of the skills and then you can apply these skills to your work later on.

Impact Reporting Training Program for Grantees
This 10-week facilitated training course builds grantees' capacities on data analysis for impact reporting and communication in an interactive and engaging way. At the end of the program, each grantee will have their own impact report to share.
